Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after purchase. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take a little bit longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery may or may not be shown at checkout.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Some areas (LOCAL) will only receive a shipping confirmation because deliveries are made by NB17 Designs in certain predesignated areas.

• Please double-check your address before completing your order.

Since every item is printed just for you, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size ordered.

If your order arrives with a misprint, defect, damage, or is incorrect please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and offer one of the following at

1. A free replacement of the item

2. A reprint at no additional cost

3. Store credit for the item (if no replacement is available)
